  • What is the legal requirement to become a seller on Daraz?

    New sellers are required to:

    • Upload a copy of a blank cheque
    • Provide CNIC Number in case of an individual seller and NTN Number in case of a business seller.

    Note: Legal name (CNIC/NTN) should be same as Bank Account title. Image of CNIC (front and back) must be provided. In case of registered business, image of NTN Certificate must be provided.

    Seller should not deal with any counterfeit/replica/unauthorized products.


    • I have submitted a contract with all supporting documents. Why is my application rejected?

      Your application will be rejected if the information provided is unclear, distorted or inaccurate. Please ensure that you have provided correct details and your legal name (CNIC/NTN) matches your Account Title.
      • Can I submit my personal bank account details?

        Yes, you can submit your personal bank account details.
        • I'm not registered for GST. Can I still proceed with my application?

          Yes, you are allowed to submit application, even if you are not registered for GST.
          • What documents do I need to sign up on Daraz?

            For an individual owner you must provide the following documents in order to start working on Daraz:

            1. CNIC (front and back image) [PK, ID for other ventures]
            2. Account Details
            3. Copy of a Blank Cheque

            If you are a company and want to start operating on Daraz, then you must also provide the following:

            1. NTN or National Taxation Number
            2. NTN Certificate image
            3. Account details of a registered business
            4. Copy of a Blank Cheque

            Note: Legal name (CNIC/NTN) should be same as Bank Account title. Image of CNIC (front and back) must be provided. In case of registered business, image of NTN Certificate must be provided.


            These documents are vital to get you started on Daraz. Please ensure that you have all the documents requested for submission prior to beginning operations.



            • Do I have to pay when I register to be a seller on Daraz?

              There is zero sign up cost. Daraz does not charge any registration fee to become a seller. You only pay a small commission for what you sell.
              • As a seller, what is my responsibility during delivery?

                As a seller it is your responsibility to pack the item properly as per Daraz standards and guidelines and ship it within 48 hours. Customer should receive the item ordered in a timely manner. Replicas and low quality products are not allowed on Daraz.
                • Why is my product not visible on the website after approval?

                  Once a product has been created on the Seller Center, it will take 3-4 working days to be approved by the Quality Control Team (QC).

                  Once a product has been approved it might take 24 hours for it to sync to our website. If the product is still not visible kindly contact seller helpline or send an email at sellercenter@daraz.pk
