  • How do I update my stock level?

    Please find below the steps to update your stock level:

    Step 1: Go to “Products” Tab.

    Step 2: Click on “Manage Products”.

    Step 3: You will arrive at the Product Overview page. Go to the available column of the product of which you would like to update the stock.

    Step 4: Click on the pencil icon.

    Step 5: Proceed to change your stock level accordingly.

    Step 6: Click on “Save”.


    Your stock quantity will be updated.

    • How do I update my product prices?

      Please find below the steps to update your product prices:


      Step 1: Go to the “Products” Tab.

      Step 2: Click on “Manage Products”.

      Step 3: Bring your cursor close to the "Price" column of the item you wish to update the price for.

      Step 4: Click on the price icon

      Step 5: Write down your new price.

      Step 6: Click on “Save”.


      The price of the selected product will be updated.

      • What is difference between "Price" and "Sale Price"?

        Price is the regular selling price before any discount where as sale price is the discounted price.

        • What happens when one of my products goes out of stock?

          Seller Center will automatically deactivate a product when it is out of stock. As a seller, you need to regularly update your product stock level to prevent customer dissatisfaction. Plan ahead to replenish your products when stock level is running low to minimize potential sales lost.


          Below are the steps to update your stock level for those products that were deactivated due to stock issues:


          Step 1: Go to the “Products” Tab

          Step 2: Click on “Manage Products”

          Step 3: On your products overview page, click on the “Sold Out” tab. It will show you the listings of your products which are currently out of stock.

          Step 4: You may update the stock level once it is available to get the product back online.

          • How long does it take for a price update to be reflected on Daraz's website?

            If the price change < 80% sale price will automatically be reflected on Daraz website. However, if there were other changes within content (image, description, etc), the product will undergo the regular quality check process.


            If the Price change > 80% sale price will undergo quality check process and be reflected on Daraz website once it has been approved.


            We strongly recommend you to deactivate the product/SKU before editing the price to avoid price syncing issues.


            • What should I do to prevent out of stock cancellations from my end?

              • Actively manage your stocks on the Seller Center.
              • Use mass upload to update your stock on Seller Center. If you do not know how to mass update your stock, click and watch a tutorial on Daraz University.

              • Why is it important to regularly check and update the price and stock of your products?

                • To maintain your performance and positive seller rating.
                • To prevent your shop from being temporarily de-listed due to out of stock cancellation.
                • To make sure that prices are not higher than the offline market.
                • To prevent out of stock cancellation which would result in customer dissatisfaction as well as affect your performance.
